Rewiring Children’s Brains: Overcoming Meltdowns in ADHD and Autism

Since my children were little, I have worked to find ways to help other parents dealing with constant meltdowns. Daily I visit with families who have children that they have tried every medication, therapy, spanking and dealing with CPS with no avail when dealing with children with neurological issues. Yes ADHD, and Autism are neurological disorders. The only way to address it is with parent training and rewireing the children’s brains.

Many parents have tried combination after combination of medications and nothing seems to help. A few years ago I invested in Brain Train and in Mighter, programs designed to help rewire the child’s thinking. The cost of these devices are very expensive and most of my families that have have medicaid or insurance these are not covered, my families can not afford to purchase the items.

The Brain Train is $500 per child-plus the cost for an IPAD for them to use at home between sessions. The Mighter is $400 a year for up to 8 children plus $65 for the heart monitor per child. We want to help get children off the medication or reduce it, modify their behavior and help the children and the families to have a happy life. No child likes to get into trouble all the time.
