The year is 2018 ! A long, long time ago Gov. Greg Abbott signed the Farm Bill allowing the growing of Hemp in the state of Texas. However, anyone who wants to farm it has to get a license through the state. June of 2019, he signs a bill legalizing CBD so long as it has less than 0.3% THC. This is our Government not at work here with the passing of House Bill 1325-it is now left in the hands of the Texas Department of Agriculture to set forth the mandated guidelines that would oversee how the cultivation of the states hemp production.

Keep in mind I said hemp, not the entire Marijuana plant because the actual plant contains more than 0.3% of THC. There is no way for the Police to check it, however based on several clients of mine who have been tested for drug. They have all been positive for THC. You see when you buy something at your local smoke shop, or from the internet do you really know what your getting? The sad thing is without a way to oversee the production, and allowing people to get their CBD from wherever you simply do not know what your getting.

I understand the awesome benefits many people are getting from the use of CBD, however is it worth losing your job. There is no way for a drug test to say if it was oil for pain, or gummies for sleep and anxiety. Is it worth losing your children? Since the whole dam country is WOKE about shit that happened years ago, and its okay to burn down your town and expect the Government to pay you back and give you stuff. Wake the crap up Texas. In reality ask yourself this would you allow your kids to use the oil, eat the brownie, suck on the gummies well of course not right? Why would you have something in your possession that your kids could easily pick up and eat or use.

As a kid growing up I loved to play dressup and use my moms lotions. What if your child gets your CBD lotion and put on their hands and he or she gets sick and has to go to the hospital they draw blood work and wow your child is positive for THC! Your asking yourself how did this happen? Then CPS shows up takes your kid, and now you have to prove your not a pothead!!!
