Now that Texas is up and running, let’s get back to business. Many of us have stayed at home, lost income, businesses and simply felt the seasonal depression kick in. You may be wondering why you are feeling sad and down, yes you got to spend all this time with your kids (and thinking teachers need to be paid more), but you’r still feeling blue. Seasonal depression is a real thing, and can happen to anyone at any time. Just knowing you could be working, shopping, or hanging out with friends and family, but you can not has put us all in a tail spin. Get out go for a walk, play games with your kids, and eating healthy will help.
Trust me we all love out Hostess ding dongs and our twinkies, but do not give in to temptation. I know right now I am struggling with wanting to see my Daughter and Grandson in Hawaii, but they keep extending the 14 day quarantine for people. Really I do not want to spend my entire visit in the house. The struggle is real. If you are in a place where you need counseling, and you have lost your insurance during all of this, do not be afraid to reach out for help. I am not all about the money it is nice to have, but helping you feel better is more important. Just call me, message me, text me! I am here to help you! 903.920.7847
